Each Onyx Racing hub is produced in the USA and features a durable powdercoated or anodized finish.

Onyx Hubs are made from the finest material including a 7075 aluminum hub shell, titanium hardware and ceramic hybrid sealed bearings. Each Onyx hub is covered under their 5-year limited warranty.

Onyx Mountain Bike Rear Hubs feature Onyx's patented sprag clutch spring freehub for instant engagement and is rated to temperatures of 30 below without freezing up like a conventional freehub body. Onyx''s sprag clutch is also nearly silent so that you can enjoy the sounds of nature instead of the buzz of your freehub body. For most riders, the Onyx sprag clutch drive system will not need to be serviced due to its high-grade synthetic grease which is both resistant to temperature and moisture.
