Pretty simple, but worth it. Allows you to attach your OneUp V2/V3 dropper lever to your Shimano brakes (M_100 and later), eliminating a clamp band on your bars. Using the OneUp adapter is important as it matches the angle of the OneUp lever. I initially tried using a generic one and the angle wasn't right. Also shout out to OneUp support for being super helpful with my questions.,
