TTX2Air Trunnion Shock, 40/42.5/45 x 165mm

The Öhlins TTX2Air Trunnion Shock is a high-control, highly tuneable air rear shock built around a twin-tube damper for consistent performance when terrain and speeds change quickly. In 165mm eye-to-eye with 40/42.5/45mm stroke options, it targets modern trail and enduro bikes that benefit from stable damping, low friction, and a wide adjustment range in a compact trunnion mount package.

Designed with TTX2 dual air chambers, this shock increases usable air volume to support a more linear spring curve and better mid-stroke support without relying on excessive pressure. Low-friction sealing and added bushing overlap help it track small bumps while staying composed under side loads from aggressive cornering and off-camber hits.

• Side-load management - extra bushing overlap plus a specific wiper seal and air sleeve lubrication strategy to reduce friction and improve sensitivity
• Included travel-reduction spacers - ships with (2) air spring volume spacers to reduce travel by -2.5mm or -5mm when frame kinematics or tire clearance require it

Note: Mounting hardware is sold separately. Spherical bearings are an optional hardware choice (on widths up to 22mm) to reduce friction under side loads and improve small-bump sensitivity. Compatibility depends on frame eye-to-eye, stroke, and trunnion hardware dimensions.
