Their two piece plastic body keeps weight low while providing solid grip and impact resistance. Replaceable metal pins improve traction and can be swapped when worn, and the CroMoly spindle adds strength for hard riding. A bearing free design with adjustable bushing tension keeps internals simple and allows riders to fine tune pedal feel.
