RichardCarlsenThis is actually my second of these O2 jackets. The first has lasted through 3 years of hard use before the outer shell started separating. Duct tape fixed that as well as some small rips in the outer fabric. While I have washed mine in the past, I will most likely just air it out rather than wash. Perhaps that will help keep it from ripping. While my first jacket is still functional, I decided that a spiffy new one was to be my reward for consistent training. At the price, three years service is a bargain. The jacket cuts the wind nicely as well as being a very light layer for added warmth. Easily rolled and stored in a jersey, you never know it's there.

rhoibakkHave not used the jacket yet but it comes as others have described it. I need an on again, off again jacket. Durability isn't a factor, especially at this price. The jacket looks like it fits my needs.
Heed the cautions of others that these things run small. I hover on the bottom edge of size large. This jacket in large is almost too small. I would recommend ordering a size larger than you normally do.
Great service from Tree Fort. Found them on the net and the transaction was prompt and satisfactory.
I'd recommend the jacket to friends

A GuestNice litle shell for the price. Light weight, bright color, compresses to the size of a softball for storage. Handles a light rain well, handles chillly 30-40 degree dew heavy mornings very well over a light jacket. Material reminds me of the tyvek (R) clean suits. Sized a little small, if your planning on wearing over other jackets/sweaters get one size up. I wear a large in most shirts/jackets, got the X-large to fit over them. Wrist elastic is not bad, not terribly impressive either, again think tyvek suit. Zipper, would be nice if it was larger, definitly not a deal breaker.
