The Nitto Nort Road bar is an awesome cruiser/commuter handlebar. The swept back position provides a comfortable, upright riding position. Use the bar as pictured for a good amount of rise, or for a lower position, flip the bar over for a 60mm drop. The bar accepts bar-end shifters, and the 22.2mm bar (aside for the stem clamp) accepts most brake and shifter clamps.
Not only is it comfortable and adaptable, it is also strong. The Northroad is made of heat treated chromoly, which adds strength without adding weight.

asked by: a guest What is the difference between the North Road and the albatross?
anwered by: canteau It looks like the Albatross has a slightly lower rise 50mm vs 60mm on the North Road and a slightly different sweep, although Rivendell does not list the actual sweep of the Albatross.
