Shimano RX-100 shifters were 7 or 8-speed, the MicroShift R10 shifters are designed to work with Shimano 10-speed, so you would need to upgrade the entire drivetrain for them to work.

Microshift shifters were recommended by a buddy who's a long-time bike mechanic. He said they were easy to install. Not so if you've never done that before. But he graciously bailed me out after I got stuck. The shifters were an excellent recommendation.
