I use these tires on the road in AR. Lots of rocks on the shoulders and the tires take them very well. I had been using traditional knobbie tires for this ride and switching to these tires shaved 5 minutes off of my ride. I still use my Knobbies for my trail riding so I can't say how they do other than on the road. I highly reccomend these to my riding friends
