Borrowing the proven side knob shape of the Minion DHF and widening it for added support, the DHR II delivers a stable feel when leaned over while keeping rolling speed reasonable for day-to-day trail riding.

The center tread uses ramped leading edges to improve acceleration and rolling efficiency, while sipes help the knobs conform and transition smoothly as the bike is leaned. Under hard braking, the paddle-style center knobs bite in to hold lines and manage speed when traction is limited.
