Based on photos alone, the Magura MT5 brake should work with the SE Beastmode as long as you get a post mount to IS adapter. I would suggest making sure that your frame or fork has 51mm IS or 74mm post mount tabs before ordering.
You will also need to cut and bleed the lines to fit your frame.
