The MET Trenta 3K Carbon MIPS is a performance road helmet for elite cyclists. This helmet features MIPS AIR technology which is engineered to reduce rotational energies otherwise transferred to the head during specific angular impacts, with a super-lightweight design. Scientifically designed air vents harness the power of the Venturi effect, pushing out warm air within the helmet through specially positioned exhausts to ensure constant airflow. The tail of the helmet also features an aerodynamic design to effectively drive airflow.

I purchased the MET Trenta 3K Carbon to replace my trusted Lazer G1, and from a fit and comfort standpoint, the Trenta is a clear upgrade. It fits perfectly and feels noticeably more comfortable—so much so that I’ve started noticing pressure points on the G1 that I hadn't before.
Weight-wise, the G1 is slightly lighter (270g vs. 290g on my scale), but the difference is negligible during rides. The Trenta looks and feels premium, with a refined design and high-quality finish.
The strap system is also well-designed. I was able to get a snug, flush fit without discomfort or flapping. That said, I once had a MET Rivale whose strap adjusters broke prematurely. While the design has since improved, it's something I’ll be keeping an eye on.
Overall, I’m very happy with the MET Trenta 3K Carbon. It delivers excellent comfort and build quality, and I’d definitely recommend it.
