I measured the Genesis as being just under 1cm wider inside than the Volt, at the widest part of the helmet, but that could vary slightly from one helmet to another.

Great helmet! Stylish and functional! The Rollsys system makes it very easy to adjust the fit/size, even while you are riding. I just got mine delivered from TreeFort today and went on a 3 hour ride with it. Ventilation and comfort was exceptional! This is my first purchase from Treefortbikes.com and I will certainly come back. Their customer support team was very friendly on the phone. Great experience!

I was debating between this and the Catlike, and I decided to go with this. The fit system in unbelievable, and it looks solid. I'm hoping to get many years out of this helmet.

Love LAZER helmets and this one is no exception. Fit perfectly and don't even notice it on long rides all day ride. Highly Recommended!

I upgraded from a Lazer O2, and this helmet is so much better. Giro, Bell, Rudy Project, all didn't really fit as well as the Genesis. It's light, vents well, and looks cooler than everything else out there.

I have been very impressed with the fit and styling of this helmet. It has a streamlined look that I like (I tried a Giro Aeon, and it gave me a mushroom head). Also, the fit/retention system is the best I've used. It securely grips your entire head quickly and comfortably. I also have ordered the "Lion of Flanders" Aeroshell for this helmet. I'm excited to use the shell when temperatures begin to drop.

Excellent helmet! I was looking for something that did not look huge like Darth Vader or a helicopter pilot. Close fitting and neat. Fit system is superb and the helmet is close fitting. Looks small on any head because of the intelligent 2 size approach to sizing. Venting is more than edequate to keep you cool. Very light though not the absolute lightest I have ever worn., That would be the Specialized S Works prevail. Styling is flashy and I always get questions and comments when I
wear it. These Belgian guys have been making helmets for 90 or more years and they've got it right. look no further, lazer genesis is the Bomb!

The excellent service, competitive price and quick delivery by Tree Fort Bikes were very professional and very much appreciated. This is my first Lazer helmet. I have other brands like Mavic, Garneau, Specialized, Giro, Rudy Project and Bell. The Genesis's fit, look and quality are great. The Rollsys system is very easy to use, to adjust the fit. It feels more protective than some of the other brands I have and the styling and colors (Lion of Flanders) are very unique, when compared to a more mundane helment design and artwork.

So far I love this helmet. My old helmet had a high profile "mushroom head" look to it, and it gave me headaches on rides longer than about an hour and a half. This helmet looks nice - no more mushroom head, and it comfortable even on long rides. I rode for nearly five hours a couple of weekends ago, and it felt great all day. I love the fit adjustment knob on the top of the helmet that I can adjust whenever I need, even on the bike. It makes the fit perfect, whether I'm wearing a beanie on cold days, ear warmer, sweat band, or nothing at all. I'm extremely happy with this helmet, and have already recommended it to friends.
