The Kuat NV is capable of carrying 2 bikes @ 60lbs each. They like a lot of companies list the max weight per bike because that is what the tray can safely handle.

Very secure rack. Assembly is simple but awkward without an assistant. Mounts easily to the hitch. Just drove down to Florida from Michigan without any loosening.
