No lock is indestructible, this is pretty much as secure as you can get without hiring a guido with a machine gun to watch over your bike.

Big and heavy but I don't think anyone will go through the trouble of getting through it. I use it to lock the bike up to a vehicle, I wouldn't want to carry it around. The lock is a little finicky but has been getting a little better with use.
