It's a well made tool that does exactly what it's designed to do. It worked perfectly with both SRAM and Shimano inserts and cables.

Wonderful little gadget. Much better than trying to install the Shimano barbs the 'recommended' way of clamping it down and tapping them in place with a hammer. This got the job done in no time with no hassle. Not something every home mechanic needs, but definitely a great addition to the toolbox.
