anwered by: mlewis A Shimano Freewheel remover, like the Park FR-1, should work just fine. You don't need any tools to install, just thread it on by hand, since it will tighten when you pedal.

I bought this freewheel to replace a 6 speed 13-28 on my daughter's bike. It works well, looks good and gives her a little larger gear range for the Front Range Mtns of Colorado.
