The Hope Tech 4 Evo X2 Disc Brake delivers precision control and lightweight power for riders who demand performance without excess bulk. Designed for XC and downcountry bikes, this two-piston system offers the perfect balance of modulation, consistency, and strength on fast, technical trails.

With the refined Tech 4 Evo lever, riders get fully adjustable reach and bite point settings for a perfectly tuned braking feel. A redesigned cam mechanism shortens the free stroke while preserving Hope’s signature smooth modulation, letting you brake later and with more confidence. The updated lever blade design adds a subtle hook and new dimple texture for improved comfort and control, even on long descents or in wet conditions.

The one-piece machined caliper keeps things stiff, light, and reliable, using phenolic pistons that resist heat buildup for consistent braking performance on demanding rides. A new bleed port makes maintenance simpler, while the pre-bled hose with stainless fittings ensures durability from day one.
