The Hope Tech 4 Evo TR4 Disc Brake delivers the perfect balance of raw stopping power and refined control for trail and all-mountain riders who demand confidence on every descent. With a redesigned lever, updated cam system, and a one-piece 4-piston caliper, this brake system gives riders the smooth modulation and consistent feel needed to stay composed when the trail gets rough.

Built for precision and reliability, the Tech 4 Evo lever provides both reach and bite point adjustment, letting riders fine-tune braking to their exact preferences. Its new cam profile reduces free stroke for quicker engagement while maintaining excellent modulation in the braking zone. The updated EVO lever blade features a deeper hook for improved control and a dimpled contact surface for comfort and grip—even with sweaty gloves on long rides.

At the business end, the one-piece 4-piston caliper now features pistons that are 6% larger than those found on the previous V4 model, increasing power and consistency without sacrificing modulation. A new bleed port on the master cylinder simplifies maintenance, allowing for quick, clean service without removing the lid.

This brake comes pre-bled with a standard black hose, ready for front or rear setup. Riders seeking an extra durability upgrade can pair it with the optional HT-1050 braided stainless steel hose. Rotors and adapters are sold separately, allowing you to build your braking setup exactly the way you want it.
