Fulcrum brings its European magic to the 29'er market with the Red Metal 29 SL.  Using many of the same technologies that have made their 26" wheels so successful, Fulcrum used a sealed bearing hub and a lightweight but sturdy alloy rim along with differentiated thickness spokes to add up to some serious strength for you big wheel.  This wheel also uses a nice stout 20mm hub axle to add even more lateral stiffness than you already get out of the 28 beefy spokes.  Fulcrum used trickle-up technology here to create a quality wheel in the Red Metal 29SL.

• 2:1 spoke ratio gives you more spokes on the stressed braking side
