It is not, the Fulcrum Racing 5 doesn't have the oversize axle like the Racing Zero does. The correct Shimano/SRAM freehub body for the Racing Zero can be found by searching for this part number in our search box 333222357101

This freehub body is designed for the Fulcrum Racing 5 hub. If you have the Campagnolo version of that wheelset then yes it will convert the Campy to Shimano. It will not fit other Campagnolo hubs such as Record or Chorus.
