This crank should work with the Straggler, you will just need to make sure you order the BSA threaded bottom bracket.

If the frame has a 68mm English threaded bottom bracket shell, the Mega EXO 19 bottom bracket will work.

The FSA Omega Adventure Crank uses the Mega EXO 19 bottom bracket which has a 19mm spindle and not a 24mm spindle like FSA's higher end MegaEXO or Shimano Hollowtech II cranksets.

You would need to replace the stock Shimano bottom bracket with an FSA Mega EXO 19 bottom bracket.
The Specialized frame should have an English bottom bracket shell so it's a pretty straight forward swap.
