Head Tube Reducer Shims, 1.5" to 1-1/8"

Bicycles headset and steer tube dimensions are constantly changing and there are a bunch of early to mid 00's frames that were produced with a straight 1.5" steerer tube fork that are now next to impossible to find. These adaptors from FSA allow you to retro fit those frames with a 49.6mm headtube to be able to use a more common EC34 (34mm) 1-1/8" threadless headset and fork.

When measuring for the fork steerer tube length, these adaptors will add 7.9mm to the height of your headset.

Sorry Cannondale folks....This is not going to fit a Cannondale Lefty or HeadShok frame as their head tubes measure right at 49mm and the 0.6mm difference will damage your frame.
