Enduro Maxhit is a zero-stack (ZS) headset system that presses the bearing directly into the frame’s head tube, eliminating traditional aluminum cups for a tighter, space-efficient fit. By freeing up room for much larger ball bearings, this design targets substantially higher load capacity and durability—an advantage for aggressive trail, enduro, and e-bike use where headsets see high impact and steering loads.

This kit is sized for ZS44/28.6 (upper) and ZS56/40 (lower) frames running a 1-1/8" to 1-1/2" tapered steerer, and includes the key small parts needed for a clean, low-profile build: fork crown race, upper split-ring, upper bearing cap, and a hidden topcap preload adjuster.
