I've gone through one of these Dicta freewheels and one Shimano freewheel on my singlespeed commuter. The Dicta actually had better machining (mounting and freewheeling axes were in better alignment) than the Shimano, which impressed me positively.
Pawl engagement has been completely reliable, even in sub-freezing temperatures.
I have a few thousand miles on mine, with little wear on the teeth.
In my experience, all lower-end freewheels are not very well sealed, and this is no exception. However, the price is good enough that I just replace them after grime intrusion becomes too bad, rather than spend the time tearing them down. For that I won't even deduct one star.
Overall, great product!
Well there isn't too much to say other than it works as intended. I used it for a single speed that I built for a friend. Thread on, attach chain, and ride, simple as that. You'll need FR-6 to get it off, but that is more than can be said for those older freewheels that you had to rip apart to take off..
