Since installing this clever, inexpensive part I have experienced not a single chain-suck incident (it used to happen at least once per ride.) What was I waiting for? Should have done this long ago. (Some installation instructions would be helpful, though.)
Summed up: I'd recommend this part if you have chronic chain suck problems.
Yes, I would recomend this to a friend.

I have five bikes in my garage. Four of them have the Deda Dog Fang installed. I splurged for a K-Edge for the fifth, but... that was a splurge, ... it was more expensive, and really not necessarily better than the Deda.
This is my go-to solution for this requirement. Perfect functionality, and great price.
Summed up: Great price, simple solid functionality; a must have item

I bought this for my wife's bike but it wouldn't work because of the small bike frame. I couldn't mount the fang because the seat tube flares out too much where it needed to be mounted. I ended up mounting it on my bike even though I don't have much of a chain drop problem. This is a simple easy to install device for anyone with a chain drop problem. It would have been nice if this came with shims instead of needing to order a specific size.
