135mm is standard mountain dropout spacing (the distance between the 2 dropouts) and 10mm is the standard rear quick release axle size.
If the bike is a Cannondale or Giant bike all but the free ride models will fit this wheel. Some newer Specialized and Trek models use a 142.5 rear spacing and will not work with this wheel.
