A GuestI have had my DT Swiss RRC 1250 wheels for a little more than two weeks, but I have been riding about six days a week. They are light, accelerate very fast and hold speed very well. They climb well and are aero too. I increased my average speed by about 1.5 miles per hour on a rolling 35 mile course. I am also able to ride in harder gears. I am 62 years old and this may be the perfect set of wheels for me. What is best for the pros is not necessarily best for a rider my age. I have a set of Williams 50s and I had trouble making them sing. In fact I believe my Williams 30s may have been faster for me. If you don't want to shell out the money for the DT Swiss 1250 wheels, consider looking at Williams. But, I spent about $2,000 on 3 wheel sets. I wish I had bought the DT Swiss wheels to start with. They seem to roll better every time I ride them. I don't know if it takes a few weeks or months to break in the ceramic bearings. This is a great set of wheels for a rider like me.
