Any Centerlock rotor can be used with with M1900 front wheel. The included Shimano lockring will not work because it is designed for Q/R axles only. You will need to use the included DT Swiss lockring or Shimano's 15mm oversized lockring.

You should be able to use the Park BBT-9 to install the lockring.

The DT Swiss M1900 wheel does have black spokes and is their trail and all mountain wheel so it will match well with the 150mm Rock Shox fork.
