I have 370 hubs which are boost @ 148mm. Are you saying this will work as-is for 142? I shouldn't need to change anything on the existing set up?

These endcaps will work for a Boost 148mm hub spacing if it is a Boost hubshell, and will work for 142mm hub spacing if the hub is 135/142mm native. The additional width comes from the hub itself and not the end caps.

They will not, the Boost hub is physically wider than the non-boost hubs.

These endcaps are compatible with DT Swiss hubs and wheelsets that use hubs that have DT Swiss internals like some Giant, Specialized and Bontrager wheels. If Syncros is using a hub that has DT Swiss internals they should work, if not you would have to get Syncros endcaps from a dealer that carries Syncros products.
