From all of the horror stories and embarrising Youtube videos I saw I was unsure if I should go out on a limb and get rollers or, play it safe and get a trainer. I am so glad I went with these rollers. It literally took 5 mins before I was out of the doorway. I think they are much easier than they are made out to be and they are a blast to ride!! I do have 3 complaints though. Large 29er's barely fit. The finish of the frame scuffs rather easily and the rollers themselves get sticky spots from your tires.. not sure what it is but it's nothing that a little goof off wont remove. All in all its a great product made in the USA and it has a lifetime waranty.
Buy one!
