This thing is awesome. More importantly than the safety, is the single fact that you can use it to watch the riders behind you. Now I used to be a giant tub of $%^& and have worked my @$$ off the last 12 months. I've lost 125lbs and feel like a man among gnomes. I'm beginning to look the part as well. I'm a proud card carrying member of the lycra club and with this I can now watch the ladies checking me out from behind as I smoothly stroll on by with a gentle nod. And the best part, they are looking!
