Crank Brothers Premium Cleats are compatible with 2-bolt SPD compatible shoes. As far as working with your spin class it will depend on what pedals they are using. Crank Brothers and Shimano (SPD) use the 2 bolt pattern but the cleats themselves are different shapes. Most gyms use a SPD style pedal vs a Crank Brothers pedal so you would most likely need a cleat such as the Wellgo 98a or the Look X-TRAC

Needed to replace my beat up Crank Brothers Cleats. These are the exact replacements and come with all the hardware that came with the pedals. Plus you get another Crank Brothers sticker, Tree Fort's price match, and great service.

Bought these as replacements for cleats that have many miles on them and therefore were tough to engage with the pedals when I first got them, but now everything is great.
