Fantastic bell - I have a version of this one on three bikes, and it's my go-to for a 31.8mm handlebar. That coated metal strap doesn't scratch the bar, and the attachment design is easy to use. The sound is clear and loud enough to be heard without being harsh. The Neo Black definitely sounds different from the Matte Black - a little brighter, maybe? They are both good, but the Neo is a little more pleasant.
