It doesn't look like that size is currently offer in the Gatorskin. Panaracer does make a Pasela in a 26x1.5"

Continental Gatorskin tires offer excellent puncture protection, but no tire is going to be totally flat proof.
If sidewall cuts are an issue Continental also offers the Gatorskin Hardshell that has additional protection from bead to bead.

I am using Continental Gatorskin tires for my commute. They last ~ 3000 miles with no flats even in harsh conditions like industrial neighborhoods. The tires ride nicely when cornering on weekend rides.
