I just graduated from some standard Cinelli cork tape and I didn't think the thin strip of gel was going to make much difference. Wow, I was wrong.
I've had multiple wrist surgeries that on a long ride tend to make my wrist ache from the constant impact and vibration.
Using this grip tape made my long distance rides much more comfortable, no major wrist ache at the end of 50 mile rides, minimal after century rides.

I haven't clocked a lot of miles yet with this tape, but I really like it. Easy to install, and seems well made, and the "natural" color has a nice, slightly old-fashioned look to it. It was also plenty long for my bars, which was nice. Better to be too long than too short! You have to install it carefully, because it's so plush that if you overlap it too much it'll be too bulky/bumpy.
