Other than featuring Kings amazing built-in-house sealed bearings that feature an abnormally high bearing count (24 balls per side, to be exact), King built a pretty unique feature into their bottom brackets.  With the proprietary grease injection tool, it''s really quite easy to use different greases in your bottom bracket.  On a fierce training regiment? Load up your bearings with a thicker grease that helps keep things clean and running.  Gearing up for race day?  Throw in a thinner grease so your pedals will spin smoothly.
