At the heart of the system are 14-tooth and 20-tooth Alpha Disc Pulley Wheels that use a composite narrow-wide tooth profile to improve chain control and reduce noise. The solid aluminum side discs keep out mud and grit, while the patent-pending Active Debris Remover (ADR) technology uses a stainless-steel dust cover and bladed groove design to push away contaminants as you ride. These advanced pulleys are paired with hand-built hybrid ceramic bearings that minimize friction and maximize speed, delivering a smoother, longer-lasting drivetrain.

A reinforced injection-molded carbon fiber cage keeps the system light and strong, while two customizable spring tension settings allow precise tuning for different riding styles and terrain.
