These grips are designed for mountain bike bars with a diameter of 22.2mm, I wouldn't recommend trying them on drop bars.

I bought these for a tandem I got for me and my wife to ride around on. We put upright bars on the front and back and use these as the grips for both. The court feels great and it fits really snug. For the front, though, I had to drill out the ends to be able to use bar end shifters. It would be great if they sold some that came with the holes pre drilled out.
