Cannondale has used a couple different headsets on Headshok and Lefty equipped bikes. It is best to call Cannondale customer service with your serial number to find out which headset kit you need or if you are local stop by the shop with the bike and we will get the proper model.

If your Cannondale Rush has the Headshok/Lefty bearings pressed directly into the headtube it will. If your Rush uses the SI aluminum headset cups it will not.
