If the Hang Ten cruiser has rack mounts on the frame and dropouts it should, if not you might have to use a seatpost mounted rack.

The Giant Anthem is a full suspension bike, so it is not compatible with a traditional bolt on rear rack because the movement on the suspension would break the rack.
For full suspension bikes we recommend a seatpost mounted rack.
