Beef Stroganoff with Mushrooms - 2 Servings

Beef and wild forest mushrooms in a sour cream sauce over noodles.

• Cooking Directions:
  1) Add 2-1/2 cups of boiling water and stir well
  2) Seal and let sit for 13 minutes
  3) Stir and serve
