I decided to buy these from Treefort and indeed they do come with tape and valves. I'm currently running a tubeless setup with the supplied parts.

I've had these for a few weeks and getting to know them. I just finished a 65 and then a 111 mile ride on these, both on 90% gravel. They're mounted with Clement mso xplorer tires tubeless. The rides have both been great. The tires sealed up well, with only a few initial rim leaks. But once they were totally sealed, no further leaks. The wheels spin nice, feel fast (close to as fast as the HED Ardennes that I had before), and are still in true, even after some medium level single-track on this latest ride. I hit fist sized stones, roots, and the wheels are still going strong.
