It depends on the width of the Hookworm, if you are going to be using the 2.5 version, you probably would want a rim with at least 20mm of internal width, the TD17 has a 17mm internal width.

OH Yeah. for the price. They are Strong and the right weight for their purpose,they build up tru the first time,just ask the guy from my local shop that just built my wheels,even he was impressed. You dont want a super lite rim for urban assault ridding,whaddya nuts. And if you pair these up with the DMR Revolver hubs. Whatch out urban jungle. Its on. T.F.B is the bomb. they carry the best products and awsome prices. My expectations were exceeded with the products I got from T.F.B .

I bought a pair of the TD17 for a build I was doing. I built them up to a pair of DMR hubs. Awsome rim. They can really take a pounding in the AZ urban jungle.
