5Dev Titanium Headset Slam Cap is a low-stack, CNC-machined headset top cap designed to keep a 1-1/8" front end tight, quiet, and clean with minimal added height. Machined from Ti-6Al-4V titanium in a Raw Ti finish, it’s built for riders who want long-term corrosion resistance and precise headset coverage without the bulk of a tall top cover.

• Low-stack “slam” profile - Adds approximately 0.75mm of stack height (1mm nominal cap), keeping bar height and fit changes to a minimum
• Ti-6Al-4V CNC construction - High strength and excellent corrosion resistance for year-round riding and long service life
• 1-1/8" steerer compatibility - Designed specifically for common 1-1/8" steerer tube setups
• Bearing clearance spec - Fits headsets with a bearing outside diameter of 41.80mm or less for proper coverage and protection
• Precision-machined interface - Helps maintain consistent preload and reduces the chances of creaks from a poorly fitting top cover
