Made from double-butted 4130 CroMoly steel, permitting room for 2.55" knobby tires and designed for singlespeed or geared setups, the Karate Monkey brings a smooth ride with plenty of bite, along with the fun and versatility Surly's more than good for.

You''ll notice two featured specs of this Limited Build: it''s geared, and it can really put the brakes on. A full SRAM X.7 kit runs a 2x10 drivetrain, and Avid Elixir 7''s deliver stopping power through carbon levers. As for wheels, the DT Swiss X470 rims laced to SRAM 506 disc hubs offer something you can really throw around. Mounted up with a pair of Schwalbe Nobby Nic tires, we think you''ll find a way to rip.
