Fabricated from Easton mountain composite, the EC70 9D is a full 685mm in width, making it just the right partner for grunting up steep climbs. Sorry though, at just 150-grams the EC70 9D won't give you an excuse for finishing last.

I'm short and running a 29er so I need them as low as can be. I replaced the EA50 version of the same bar. If your looking for a super wide totally flat bar so you can crank that single speed up those climbs this is the bar for you. My only complaint (minor at best) is you pay a bit more for the carbon and it doesn't have the woven carbon look. Like I said, Minor! Stiffness is great.
