all about the

K-Edge Clamp Road Chain Catcher Black

The K-Edge Clamp chain catcher is the way many pro-tour riders ensure that their chain stays where it's supposed to in high pressure and high power situations.  Hand machined from 6061 aluminum right here in the USA, this ultralight chain watcher clamps onto your downtube independently of your front derailleur for an easy installation with great results.  It'll protect your frame and your face by reducing chain drops and jumps; nothing wrong with that!
  • Weighs in at just 21g
  • Clamps independently of front derailleur
  • 6061 T6 aluminum
  • All round seat tube frames or frames with a round mounting area for the front derailleur
  • Mounts below existing clamp mounted front derailleurs

I couldn't find any info on Bianchi's site on that, so you'll need to measure the seat tube diameter with some calipers to find the correct size.

asked by: A Visitor
What is the difference between the road and the cross chain catcher? Which is better?
answered by: mwirth
The cross model is designed to take the beating of cyclocross conditions. As far as which is better if you are riding primarily road riding I would grab the road model and vice versa. Thanks!
