brosemuGreat product, but it took me upwards of 3 hours to mount. Instructions were not included, but can be found on the web. The mounting hardware is high quality, but you just have to figure out on your own what goes where. I'm even sure if I did it correctly but they're on the bike and they're solid.
Be prepared to drill some holes and use a hacksaw.

velovixenI have Velo Orange hammered aluminum fenders on another bike. I was very pleased with them, so I decided to buy these for a commuter I was building.
Like my other VO fenders, these are well-made, attractive and reasonably priced. But they were more difficult to set up than the others. You can bend aluminum fenders, and you can trim them fairly easily if you need to. (I didn't.) However, it's more difficult to do these things to stainless steel.
Still, I was able to get a pretty nice fender line. And these fenders go with the classic look of the bike they're on.

mynameisjeffI had to look online for mounting instructions. I also had to make a hole in the L-shaped mount a little bigger for the screw which was very easy to do. Then I used a hacksaw to shorten the arms to size. I recommend getting a friend to help to hold things to make measuring and fitting easier. To measure the arms easiest, put your wheel in the fork without the skewer. Then the arms won't hit anything and you can mark where to cut. The 2nd set I put on a bike I did alone, and in an hour. Once on, the fenders are solid and look fantastic.
