kaf01I purchased this seat for single track mtb use and really like it. I ride both mtb and road bikes and typically settle on seats that are fairly flat so my sit bones can carry most of my weight on the seat, I understand this to be the best ergonomics to prevent injuries. This seat is nice because not only does it provides support at the sit bones but has kinda a wedge design and raised tail that distrubes weight more evenly without putting pressure on sensitive areas. I can honestly say it's by far the most comfortable seat I have ever owned. I plan on eventually switching all of my bikes to this seat.

indigosixI purchased this saddle after reading numerous positive reviews, including several by larger cyclists that seemed like it was ideal for a bigger rider. I'm 6' and 250lbs. Additionally, I rode a base model SST saddle the previous season and loved it, though it fell apart on me by the end of the season.
Consequently, I am very disappointed in the pure v. I've got about 30 hours on it this season, and the cover is already wearing out and tearing at the nose from my climbing position. Maybe I'm supposed to be wearing only spandex shorts to protect it, but I thought it was a trail saddle. The wonderful stitched seams and too soft padding have combined to help give me my first case of saddle sores in years. I cannot recommend this saddle to anyone. The only thing I feel it has going for it is it's relatively light weight with the ti rails. If it lasts the whole season, I'll be surprised. My distaste for it has me thinking about going with a different saddle manufacturer altogether in the future.

ds1157This may not be the lightest saddle on the market but why should comfort and support be sacrificed for a few grams less. This saddle keeps the pressure where it should be, on your sit bones, and not on your crotch. The rear of the seat also has an upward angle which puts you in the proper position for the best peddle stroke. Quality is excellent.

A GuestHave used this saddle for 3 years on my Yeti 575 and it is still holding up rather well. No rips or major stitching issues. It is faded and some of the logo stitching has worn through. Overall a quite comfortable and light saddle for those with wider sit bones that don't weigh too much for titanium. Am shopping for another one....

steven.anteauNice raised back and is slightly wider to keep the tailbone supported over surprise bumps on the trail. Is not too big to get in the way while leaning back going down steep downhills. Over all very good support and great comfort even after 50 mile, all day rides.

A GuestI love this saddle, it is my second Pure V but this time with Ti rails. My older on has chromoly rails and is holding up fine on my other bike for four years. This one feels just as solid but a bit lighter.
