A GuestRan tubeless all season as a front on both F/S and rigid. Has more cush & better grip w/o weighing a ton. Very durable casing, and tread.

A GuestI bought the tire because I wanted something to provide traction in a variety of conditions, but primarily in sand. Rode the Iceman in relatively dry conditions and the tire climbed sandy hills and plowed through sand like a tractor. On a couple of hills I was so well hooked up that I was having trouble keeping the front wheel on the ground while climbing around others who were slipping the rear tire trying to gain traction. It really inspired confidence.

A GuestSo far I love these as my front tire. The Ardents are a much smoother ride than before, can run them around 30 psi on a clincher. More traction, front isn't sliding out. Get's over everything.

A GuestI purchased these looking for a higher volume all around tire to replace my SB8 tires. The Ardent's are great. The look quite aggressive but roll surprisingly fast and quiet. The grip is awesome on most surfaces and the carcass is pretty compliant. I'm running with tubes and despite bottoming a few times no pinch flats. My 3rd set of Maxxis tires and no problems with any of them. Tree fort service was great.

A GuestI've been using this tire on my front fork (29er Hardtail Giant XTC with Stan's tubeless configuration. Haven't had one flat, ride at 25 psi and it is really great in the loose dirt and especially the sand. I can tell a great improvement over the 2.1 tires that came with the bike when I bought it new.

A GuestThis thing is rad! I put it on my rigid ss29r and have not been able to figure out why I didn't drop the dollars to get this thing sooner. It's like poor man's suspension! But I still get the cool guy points for riding rigid. Best of both worlds!

madrv1Love it... took me forever to try it but I am glad i did... large volume... allows for lower pressure... more rollover traits than any other I have tried. Perfect for my style.

Taylorhray12These tires are great, high volume cushmasters on my rigid. The looser it gets, the better they perform. Slow on pavement, but that matters much less. Grippy, tacky, seem high quality. Best tires I've found so far.

kamper11First ride was the kokopelli trail from Fruita to Moab - all conditions - great tire - one of the best fronts I've ridden
